باستعمالك موقع convert.sayvoi.com (ويشمل المحوّل الصوتي وفاحص الجودة والمقالات) فإنك توافق على الشروط الآتية.

الخدمة

يقدم Sayvoi أدوات مجانية لتحويل الملفات الصوتية وفحص جودتها، تعمل داخل متصفحك. نبذل جهدنا لتكون دقيقة، لكنها تُقدَّم «كما هي» دون ضمان بخلوها من الأخطاء أو بملاءمتها لغرض معين.

ملفاتك ومسؤوليتك

• أنت وحدك المسؤول عن الملفات التي تعالجها، وعن امتلاكك حق استعمالها.
• لا تستعمل الموقع لأي غرض مخالف للقانون أو لحقوق الآخرين.
• احتفظ دائمًا بنسخة من ملفاتك الأصلية. قد تفقد بعض الصيغ (مثل MP3 وOGG وM4A) شيئًا من الجودة عند التحويل، ونتائج فاحص الجودة تقديرية ولا تغني عن الاستماع.

الحد اليومي والاستعمال العادل

للتحويل حد يومي مجاني يُحتسب في متصفحك. يجوز لنا تعديل الحد أو الميزات في أي وقت. ويُمنع التحايل على الموقع أو إرهاق خدماته بطلبات آلية.

الملكية الفكرية

محتوى الموقع من مقالات وتصميم وبرمجيات خاص بـ Sayvoi، ويُسمح بمشاركة روابطه. لا يجوز نسخ المقالات ونشرها على موقع آخر دون إذن. وتبقى ملفاتك الصوتية ملكًا لك.

الروابط والإعلانات

قد يحتوي الموقع روابط لمواقع أخرى أو إعلانات في المستقبل. لا نتحكم في محتوى تلك المواقع ولا نتحمل مسؤوليته. راجع سياسة الخصوصية.

حدود المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمل Sayvoi مسؤولية أي خسارة أو ضرر ينتج عن استعمال الموقع أو تعذّر استعماله، بما في ذلك فقدان البيانات أو الجودة.

التغييرات

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ويُعد استمرارك في استعمال الموقع بعد التحديث قبولًا لها. سنغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاها.

By using convert.sayvoi.com (including the audio converter, the quality checker and the articles) you agree to the following terms.

The service

Sayvoi provides free tools to convert audio files and check their quality, running inside your browser. We work to keep them accurate, but they are provided "as is", with no warranty that they are error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

Your files and your responsibility

• You alone are responsible for the files you process and for having the right to use them.
• Do not use the site for anything unlawful or that violates the rights of others.
• Always keep a copy of your original files. Some formats (such as MP3, OGG and M4A) lose some quality when converting, and quality-checker results are estimates that do not replace listening.

Daily limit and fair use

Conversion has a free daily limit counted in your browser. We may change the limit or features at any time. Circumventing the site or overloading its services with automated requests is not allowed.

Intellectual property

The site's articles, design and software belong to Sayvoi, and sharing links to them is welcome. You may not copy the articles and publish them on another site without permission. Your audio files remain yours.

Links and advertising

The site may contain links to other sites or, in the future, advertising. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content. See the privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sayvoi is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from using or being unable to use the site, including loss of data or quality.

Changes

We may update these terms, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept them. We will change the "Last updated" date above.
